On Friday, May 7th, we kicked off the 2021 wedding season with a small intimate day! My favorite! Allie and Sean officially became Mr. and Mrs. last year on July 18 at Brevellier Village where Allie’s grandfather was living. They loved their small wedding so much they decided to cancel the big wedding day and throw a celebration with their bridal party instead! Before I show you the beautiful images we got from the day, let’s look back at Allie and Sean’s love story!

They met on an online dating app – Bumble! Allie said, “So glad we both swiped right, so glad I liked Sean’s overuses of emoji’s and so glad we both took a leap of faith!” When making their first date plans, Sean originally threw out the idea to play carnival games at our local amusement park, Waldameer, But when those plans got rained out they decided to head to dinner and both felt instantly comfortable with each other! They went on a few more dates, which lead to more dates… fast forward to two years past their first date and Allie & Sean finally made plans to go to Waldameer, eat funnel cake, play overpriced carnival games, and ride the Ferris Wheel. As they were leaving Waldameer, Sean told Allie, now that our first date was “officially” over he could finally ask her the question he had been waiting to ask! Then he got down on one knee and proposed! He had all of their family waiting at a local restaurant to celebrate with them!
Allie said, “We are both so lucky to have found each other. Covid-19 through a wrench in our plans but in the best way possible.”

So while May 7th wasn’t the big wedding day they had originally planned they got to play dress up, take photos, dance, and celebrate their friends and their love for one another! What could be better than that?
