On Saturday, September 14th, Cassie & Colton tied the knot in front of all of their closest friends and family at Pine Junction! Their country style wedding had beautiful soft colors, sentimental pieces and so much love!

I loved their engagement story and just have to share it with you! This is the story told in Cassie’s words…. “ It was Memorial Day and we were going to a picnic at my mom’s house. Colton picked the boys up from their mom’s house and on the car ride back to our house, he mentioned to Colton, then 9, and Jase, then 5, that he was going to ask me to marry him. The boys were super excited and apparently, Jase couldn’t wait. I had just gotten out of the shower and was cleaning up the house and packing the pool bag when the boys and Colton arrived back home. Jase came in and immediately said, “Cassie, will you marry dad??” I was a bit confused… Colton then started laughing and said, “well, it wasn’t supposed to go down like this, but since Jase already asked, Will you marry me?” He then got down on one knee. We all laughed and of course, I said yes. It was the cutest thing. We are both very laid back so it was honestly perfect. I don’t need a big fancy proposal.” Pretty stinking cute right?!?!?!

These guys are so sweet and laid back, they have been such a blast to work with! Cassie and Colton’s focus throughout the ceremony and reception was to enjoy time together with everyone, and they certain did so!

Congratulations to Cassie & Colton! Here is to a happily ever after spent on the lake, watching baseball and looking for beach glass! Enjoy every moment together and know I am always cheering you on!
